This simple snack plate is perfect for a protein-packed afternoon pick-me-up. For meal prep, you can boil the eggs and prepare the dip ahead of time, then assemble everything in just a few minutes when you're ready to eat. The yogurt dip also works great as a spread for sandwiches!

1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 large hard-boiled egg

4 crackers whole grain crackers

Wash the cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Peel the 2 hard-boiled eggs and slice them into quarters.

In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup Greek yogurt with 1 teaspoon dill, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper to make a simple dip.

Arrange the cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, egg quarters, and 4 whole grain crackers on a plate.
