  • 1 large (10-inch) whole wheat tortilla

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1/2 medium tomato

  • 2 tbsp red onion

  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
