10 g walnuts
10 g pistachios (shelled)
10 g dried cranberries
10 g dried apricots
25 g whey protein powder (unflavored)
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a small bowl, mix 15g almonds, 10g walnuts, and 10g pistachios.

Spread the nuts on a small baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant. Watch carefully to prevent burning.

While nuts are toasting, chop 10g dried apricots into small pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine 25g whey protein powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp salt.

Remove nuts from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.

Add the warm nuts to the protein powder mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Drizzle 1 tsp honey over the mixture and stir to combine.
