15 g almonds
10 g walnuts
10 g pistachios
10 g dried cranberries
10 g dried apricots, chopped
5 g dried golden raisins
25 g whey protein powder
100 g Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon

In a small bowl, mix 100g of Greek yogurt with 25g of whey protein powder until smooth.

Add 1 tsp of honey and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to the yogurt mixture and stir well.

In a separate bowl, combine 15g of almonds, 10g of walnuts, and 10g of pistachios.
