15 g walnuts
10 g pistachios (shelled)
15 g dried cranberries
15 g dried apricots (chopped)
30 g whey protein powder (unflavored)
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp water

In a small bowl, mix 30g of whey protein powder with 2 tbsp of water and 1 tsp of honey until it forms a thick paste.

Chop 15g of almonds and 15g of walnuts into smaller pieces if desired.

Add 15g of almonds, 15g of walnuts, and 10g of pistachios to the protein mixture.

Add 15g of dried cranberries and 15g of chopped dried apricots to the bowl.

Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of cinnamon over the mixture and stir everything together until well combined.
