6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast

1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup broccoli florets
1/4 medium lemon

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Start cooking 1/2 cup of brown rice according to package instructions (typically 1:2 ratio of rice to water, simmered for about 15-20 minutes).

Pat 6 oz chicken breast dry with paper towels and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush 1 tsp olive oil over the chicken breast.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
