For the best flavor, make sure to stir the almonds halfway through baking to prevent burning. The protein powder adds a nice boost of protein to this sweet snack. If you prefer a less sweet version, you can reduce the honey to 1 tablespoon.

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until well combined.

Add 1 cup of raw almonds to the honey mixture and stir until the almonds are evenly coated.

Spread the coated almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
