Chef's Note
Since you mentioned disliking cottage cheese, I've substituted with Greek yogurt which has a similar protein content but smoother texture. For extra protein, you can add a tablespoon of chia seeds or a scoop of vanilla protein powder.

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 medium banana, sliced
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon almonds, sliced
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions

Place 1 cup of Greek yogurt in a bowl.

Wash and slice 1/2 cup of strawberries and 1/2 medium banana.

Add 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries, 1/4 cup of blueberries, and the sliced banana to the yogurt.

Drizzle 2 teaspoons of honey over the yogurt and fruit.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon on top.
