Chef's Note
For the best texture, layer the parfait just before eating to keep the granola crunchy. You can prep the yogurt-protein mixture ahead of time and store it separately from the toppings. Feel free to customize with your favorite berries or fruits for variety while keeping the macros similar.

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
1/4 cup granola, low-sugar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sliced almonds

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop (25g) of vanilla protein powder until well combined and smooth.

In a clear glass or jar, add half of the yogurt mixture to the bottom.

Add 1/4 cup of fresh berries on top of the yogurt layer.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of low-sugar granola over the berries.

Add the remaining yogurt mixture as the next layer.

Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of fresh berries.

Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of granola on top.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over everything.

Finish by sprinkling 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds on top.
