  • 8 oz tilapia fillet

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 small lemon

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup brown rice

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tsp olive oil
