4 oz low-sodium deli turkey slices
1/2 medium avocado
2 medium whole wheat tortilla
1 tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup cucumber
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

Lay the 2 whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.

Spread 1/2 tbsp of reduced-fat cream cheese on each tortilla.

Mash 1/2 avocado in a small bowl with 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper.

Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the cream cheese on both tortillas.

Slice 1/4 cup bell pepper and 1/4 cup cucumber into thin strips.

Layer 2 oz of turkey slices on each tortilla.

Add bell pepper strips, cucumber strips, and 1/4 cup spinach leaves on top of the turkey on each tortilla.

Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
