6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 large (10-inch) whole wheat tortilla
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 medium tomato
2 tbsp red onion
1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 medium apple

Season chicken breast with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Cook chicken breast for 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove chicken from pan and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.

In the same pan, toss the sliced chicken with 2 tbsp BBQ sauce until well coated.

Warm the whole wheat tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Layer 1 cup romaine lettuce, sliced 1/2 tomato, and 2 tbsp diced red onion on the tortilla.

Add the BBQ chicken strips and sprinkle 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese on top.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
