1 cup Greek yogurt (2% fat)
1 medium apple
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon walnuts
1 teaspoon chia seeds

Wash and core the apple, then dice it into small cubes.

In a small non-stick pan over medium heat, cook the diced apple with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon for about 5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder until smooth.

Top the yogurt mixture with the warm cinnamon apples.
