1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 medium apple
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 scoop (25g) whey protein powder, vanilla

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder until smooth.

Core and dice 1 medium apple into small cubes.

In a small pan over medium heat, cook the diced apple with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon for about 5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
