Chef's Note
For extra creaminess without adding calories, you can refrigerate the bowl for 10 minutes before eating. This allows the chia seeds to slightly expand and the flavors to meld together. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add a bit more honey, but remember this will increase the carb content.

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 medium apple
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 scoop (25g) whey protein powder, vanilla
Instructions

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder until smooth.

Core and dice 1 medium apple into small cubes.

In a small pan over medium heat, add the diced apple and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.

Add the cooked cinnamon apples to the yogurt mixture.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey and add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bowl.
