1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 medium apple
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 scoop protein powder, vanilla

Wash and core the apple, then dice it into small cubes.

In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder until well combined.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture and stir.

Place the diced apple in a microwave-safe bowl and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Microwave for 45-60 seconds until slightly softened.
